HelloSeniors is a connection service, not a medical, legal, or financial provider, and not a system of record for your documents or health information.

We collect only what we need to help you: your name, email, phone number, general location, and a description of what you need help with. We also keep the messages you exchange with your specialist.

Please do not send us medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or account numbers.We don't need them to connect you, and we don't want to store them.

We use your information to understand what you need, match you with a HelloSeniors specialist, and connect you with the providers or facilities that can help. We also use it to contact you about your requests.

How we contact you

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you agree that HelloSeniors and the specialists, providers, or facilities we match you with may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the specialists, providers, and facilities needed to help with your request, and with the service providers that run our platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices
