HelloSeniors is a senior-services connection platform operated by HPG Brokerage, LLC. By creating an account or using HelloSeniors, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use HelloSeniors
HelloSeniors is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. If you're helping an older adult, you may use HelloSeniors on their behalf with their permission.
What HelloSeniors is — and isn't
We connect you with trusted specialists, providers, and facilities for services like housing, insurance, in-home care, and planning. We are a connection and referral service only. We are not a medical, legal, or financial provider, and we do not provide those services ourselves. The specialists, providers, and facilities we connect you with are independent and responsible for their own services.

Ask HelloSeniors and AI
Parts of HelloSeniors — including Ask HelloSeniors, workout suggestions, and local event lookups — are powered by artificial intelligence. AI responses are general information only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Ask HelloSeniors will never recommend a specific insurance or Medicare plan; anything specific to your situation is handled by a licensed human specialist. Please don't rely on AI output for important decisions — confirm it with a qualified person first. How your information is handled when you use these features is described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not Medicare or a government agency
HelloSeniors is a private company and is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any government agency. Insurance guidance is provided through licensed agents, and nothing in the app is an offer of coverage or a determination of your benefits.
Your account
Please provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You agree not to submit medical records, diagnoses, or sensitive account numbers — we don't need them to help you connect.
Consent to be contacted
By providing your phone number and email, you agree that HelloSeniors and the specialists, providers, or facilities we match you with may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your requests. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
No guarantee of outcomes
We work hard to connect you with the right help, but we can't guarantee any particular result, availability, price, or outcome from the independent providers and facilities.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HelloSeniors and HPG Brokerage, LLC are not liable for the services, acts, or omissions of the independent specialists, providers, and facilities you connect with through the platform.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to HelloSeniors will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that venue. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know.
